2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the limau77 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. limau77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances therein upon discovery of duplicate account activity.
2.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at limau77's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit identity verification documents ("KYC") including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal suspension pending resolution.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your limau77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account is void and may result in permanent closure of the account.
3.4 Third-Party Betting. You may not allow any third party to use your limau77 account on your behalf. All betting and gaming activity on your account is deemed to have been conducted by you personally.
4.1 Deposit Methods. limau77 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and other supported banks). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed KYC. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. limau77 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframes. Delays caused by payment provider outages, banking hours, or compliance reviews are outside limau77's control.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the limau77 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). limau77 does not accept or disburse funds in any other currency. Any currency conversion by your bank or payment provider is your responsibility.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. limau77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited to your account and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending AML review. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by limau77 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution rates, maximum bonus amounts, and validity periods. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and related winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
⚠ Warning: limau77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already qualified for a promotion at the time of withdrawal will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. Claiming the same promotion more than once via different accounts or payment methods is considered bonus abuse.
6.1 RNG Certification. All limau77 games that are not live dealer games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the limau77 Platform may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days, up to 6 months) or permanent closure at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, limau77 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from reliance on Platform content; (d) service interruptions caused by third parties; or (e) losses caused by events outside limau77's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, and force majeure events.
limau77's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
limau77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected; (c) KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe; (d) a self-exclusion request is received; or (e) limau77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, limau77 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where closure is at the Player's request and no breach of Terms is involved, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their last used withdrawal method following completion of KYC.
